Moods combines biometric data, mood patterns, and an AI relationship coach to give couples a clear, honest picture of how they're each doing — and how to show up for each other.
What Moods does
Most wellness apps focus on one person. Moods understands that how you feel affects the people around you — and that relationships need their own kind of awareness.
Connects to Oura Ring, Apple Health, and Apple Calendar to understand your sleep, HRV, recovery, and how busy your day is — then explains what it means for how you're showing up.
Every day, both partners get a shared brief — not just "how is my partner doing" but "how do we interact today given how we're both feeling." Written by an AI that knows you both.
Your relationship coach reaches out when it notices something worth saying — a capacity mismatch, a repeating pattern, or a rare window when you're both at your best. You don't have to ask.
Every suggestion is tailored to how each person actually receives love. Acts of service, words of affirmation, quality time — the coach knows the difference and uses it.
Log when something meaningful happens between you. Spontaneous acts, hard conversations navigated well, gestures that landed. Build a streak of consistent connection.
Share a simplified version of your mood with friends and family — just your headline and tone, never biometrics. Stay connected with the people who care about you.
How it works
Moods builds a picture of you and your partner over time — not just today, but across weeks and months of real patterns.
Link Oura Ring, Apple Health, and your calendar. The app starts building your biometric baseline from day one.
A quick daily check-in from your lock screen. The more consistently you log, the more accurate and personal the insights become.
Share a simple invite code. Once connected, the relationship brief and coaching features unlock for both of you.
After a few weeks, your coach knows your patterns well enough to give genuinely specific, historically-grounded relationship guidance.
The most valuable insight isn't how you're feeling today — it's how your combined states interact, and what that means for the person you love.

Privacy
We built the privacy model before we built the features. Here's what that means in practice.
Biometric data never sold. Your sleep, HRV, and recovery data stay on our secure servers. They are never sold or shared with advertisers.
Calendar metadata only. We read event counts and hours — never titles, locations, attendees, or any event content.
Commercial signals are opt-in. If you choose to share anonymized mood signals with brand partners, you control which categories and can opt out anytime.
Circles show headlines only. Friends and family in your circles see your emotional tone and a one-line headline — never biometrics or partner data.
Partner sharing is controlled. Your partner sees your summary only when you have sharing enabled. You can turn it off anytime.
Right to delete. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We comply with CCPA and applicable privacy laws.
